What We Can't Remove

Honesty prevents wasted money. These reviews generally can't be removed.

  • Legitimate negative reviews

Real customers sharing real experiences, even if harsh or unfair in your view.

  • Opinion-based criticism

"The food was mediocre" or "service was slow" without policy violations.

  • Old reviews

Reviews from years ago rarely get removed unless they clearly violate policies.

  • Reviews without provable violations

If we can't document a specific policy breach, Google won't act.

Our Process

Systematic approach to maximize removal success.

1

Review Assessment

We analyze each review against Google's policies to determine removal viability. Not all negative reviews violate policy. We'll tell you which ones do.

2

Evidence Gathering

We compile evidence supporting policy violations: transaction records, reviewer patterns, timeline analysis, and documentation of specific policy breaches.

3

Formal Reporting

We submit detailed reports through Google's official channels with specific policy citations and supporting evidence. This is more thorough than the basic 'flag' option.

4

Escalation

If initial reports don't succeed, we escalate through additional channels. Multiple escalation paths exist depending on the violation type.

5

Monitoring

We track the status of each report and follow up as needed. You'll know exactly where each review stands throughout the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you remove any negative review?
No. We can only remove reviews that violate Google's policies. Legitimate negative reviews from real customers, even if unfair or exaggerated, generally can't be removed through official channels. We're upfront about this.
How long does removal take?
Typically 2-6 weeks depending on the violation type and Google's processing time. Some clear violations are removed within days. Others require escalation and take longer.
What if removal doesn't work?
We offer a 120-day performance guarantee. If the review is still live after 120 days, you get a credit. We're confident in our process.
Will the reviewer know it was me?
Google doesn't notify reviewers who reported them. However, if a review is removed, the reviewer may guess the business was involved. There's no way to make removal completely invisible.
Is this against Google's terms of service?
No. We're using Google's official reporting tools exactly as intended. Reporting policy violations is explicitly allowed and encouraged by Google. We're not manipulating or gaming the system.
What about reviews I responded to already?
Responses don't affect removal eligibility. If a review violates policy, it can still be reported regardless of whether you've responded. We recommend pausing responses on reviews we're actively working to remove.
